With a "wonderful view of Country Club Plaza" and an available shuttle there, this hotel is in "a great location" for shopaholics and others who want "plenty to do"; the staff handles queries "promptly", and" "rooms are functional", if "oddly configured" and in "need of updating", but a few dislike "paying for Internet" and parking.

Concierge was helpful in recommending local flavor dining option.
Why charge for parking when no one is monitoring cars coming out of the garage. It is a penalty for those who are honest and state they will use it.
Overall very nice hotel and recently remodeled.

I liked the location and parking facilities.
I did not like paying for use of the internet.
The hotel was easy to get in and out of with lots of free parking. It was clean and had excellent soaps for guest uses.

The hot tub was too hot one day and too cold the next.
